I ran across a challenge site called
Word Art Wednesday that offers a Scripture digi each week to use on a card or project. I loved this week's verse so I just had to play along!
Some of you may know that my Mom had a stroke a few months ago. I've been helping with her speech therapy at home and one of the things we are working on is memorizing verses that she knew before the stroke affected her speech and memory. This is one of the verses that I chose for her, and it is one that she can now say without hesitation. Considering that she cannot get through a sentence without hesitation 99% of the time, this is quite an accomplishment and such a testimony to me that in spite of what she has gone through, her feet are still planted firmly on the Rock - Jesus Christ - the One she has loved and served now for over 70 years.
The beautiful flowers on the card are from the Flourishes set "Autumn Blossoms" and the card is "fall"-ish for the
Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge.
