Clear Dollar Stamps Sneak Peek - Day 1

Wheeeee!! It's sneak peek time again for Clear Dollar Stamp images that will be released starting January 1st! Oh, there are some cute ones that you won't want to miss - believe me!!!

My first card uses the set Charlie Sledding. Isn't that duck just as sweet as can be?? I had fun with this one! First I stamped Charlie and the sentiment on a square piece of white cardstock. Then I stamped him again, colored him with Copics and cut him out - and his hooves, too. Before I attached him to the base, or added the snow drifts, I ran the background piece through my Cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots folder, so it would look like it was snowing. Then I made some snowdrifts out of white mulberry paper, attached Charlie and added some glitter. Doesn't it look like fun??

The next two cards are made with the new set Home is Where the Hearth Is. You really have to go to Lori's blog to see the full reveal of the set to appreciate how versatile it is. Wow! If you enjoy building scenes, this one is definitely for you!!!

For my first card I used the mantelpiece of the fireplace to make a shelf. I added candles and greenery and books (so it would look like my house!) and the finished it with a $1 (or so) extra verse stamp that is being released this month as well (Joshua 24:15b). No ribbon and the vintage feel would make this appropriate for a masculine card as well!

This is my absolute favorite card this month. Doesn't that fire look cozy?? I love the intricate details and how all the parts fit together so well. And since they are clear stamps, they are a cinch to line up!! You've really *got* to go look at the complete set!!

BTW, have you been to Clear Dollar Stamps lately??? There are some incredibly awesome specials going on right now that you won't want to miss!!! The prices on the clearance items are amazing!!

Don't forget that there are 3 more days of Sneak Peeks! You won't want to miss a set! Here's a list of today's designers. Be sure to drop by to see more samples - and the other adorable sets and singles that are being previewed today as well!!
